Studio West Policies

Deposit Policy

 

-A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments. Appointments will not be confirmed until the deposit has been paid through the Square booking system.

-This deposit ensures your commitment to the scheduled appointment time and will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

-All deposits must be paid within 24 hours of booking, or the appointment request will be automatically canceled.

Cancellation Policy

-A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel an appointment.

-Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge for the full cost of the service, billed to the card on file.

-If you wish to rebook after a late cancellation, a new non-refundable deposit will be required.

Rescheduling Policy

-To reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your appointment.

No Call / No Show Policy

-Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged the full price of the service.

-A 15-minute grace period is provided after your scheduled appointment time. If you have not arrived or contacted the studio within 15 minutes, your appointment will be forfeited, considered a no show, and the full service amount will be charged to the card on file.

All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
