Studio West Policies

Deposit

A $50.00 (non refundable) deposit will be required to book appointments! I will no longer accept appointments unless your $50.00 non refundable deposit is paid. This deposit is to make sure you are serious about booking this appointment and will be non refundable. All deposits must be PAID within 24 hours of booking or appointment will not be accepted!  Your $50.00 deposit will go towards the balance of the service.

Cancellation Policy

 A 48 hour cancellation notice is required. If appointment is not cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled time client will be held responsible for the full payment of service and will be charged to the card on file. Client will also have to repay the non refundable deposit when rebooking the appointment. Thank you for your loyalty and understanding!

Rescheduling Policy

48 hour notice of reschedule prior to appointment. 

No Show/No Call

Client will be responsible for full price of service.
