Studio West Permanent Makeup Training  At Studio West, my permanent makeup training program is designed to feel more like an apprenticeship than a traditional short course. My goal is to provide an in-depth, hands-on experience that allows you to learn at your own pace while developing true confidence and skill. Investment: $4,200Duration: Up to 3 months (varies per trainee based on availability and progress)  What to Expect  Each training is completely personalized. We’ll create a schedule that fits your lifestyle, and you’ll have access to my Google Calendar to book training days according to my availability. I encourage my students to come in as often as possible—consistency is key—but I also give you the freedom to manage your own time and develop self-discipline as an artist. Training includes one-on-one sessions, shadowing opportunities, and hands-on practice. While I focus primarily on brows and lip blush, I emphasize mastering one service at a time before adding more skills. My detailed training manual covers every aspect of brow services, with the option to add additional services later.  Products & Tools  I don’t provide pre-made kits because I believe it’s important for each artist to build their own toolkit and truly understand their products. This approach prevents waste and ensures that every item you purchase is something you’ll actually use. To make this easier, I provide access to my Amazon storefront and guide you in choosing the best products for your work—all outlined in your training manual.  Beyond Technique  My program goes beyond just tattooing. I cover all of the business fundamentals you’ll need to succeed, including: How to obtain your tattoo license and proper business licensingTaxes and business setup basicsMarketing and social media strategyClient communication and retention  Although not guaranteed, I do my best to help my trainees find a studio space to rent once their training is complete, so they can start their careers with confidence and support.
